This weekend CSB had the pleasure of welcoming The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain back! We had our Marketing Communications Student Employee, Francis, report on the final show of the year!

“Going into it, I didn’t know what to expect. Sure we’ve heard ukulele in Somewhere Over the Rainbow, but I have never experienced the versatility and delight of the instrument until now. It was a wonderful night, my personal favorite being when the orchestra offered their rendition of Gangster’s Paradise. If they ever come back, be sure to catch them, it will be a night of music you’ll never forget!”

Experience what it’s like to come to Minnesota as a refugee and create a new home. Kao Kalia Yang’s story comes to life through fellow Hmong actor Gaosong Heu in a one-person production of The Latehomecomer.
