Come join us in St. Helena, May 11, for a dynamic ‘ukulele workshop with Jim D’Ville.

Who wants to play some Ukulele!? The renowned Jim D'Ville will be coming through town on May 11 and thanks to a local community member, he will be offering one of his interactive workshops in Lyman Park. This is a play along event, so get ready for an afternoon of fun!

May 11 - isn't that Mother's Day? Well, yes it is, but that is the day Jim will be coming through town, and we invite you to bring the whole family for a beautiful afternoon of fun and music in the park.

The event is free to participate, with a suggested donation to help cover Jim's time.

It's been a long time coming!

May 21 - May 28, 2022
From the Papal Palace in Avignon to the pink flamingos of the Carmargue (and a little Van Gogh in between), this promises to be a spectacular journey. And we’ve timed it to avoid the intense heat and crowds of summer and still enjoy some fine spring weather.
Days of scenic cycling will be followed by afternoons and evenings of ukulele instruction and fun. (Don’t let the 15-35 miles per day dissuade you, electric bikes are available for a nominal fee.) And if cycling is not your thing, you can stay on board and simply enjoy the world passing by.
You don't even have to play the ukulele to have a great time!
Most importantly, if you’re traveling alone, this is a great way to make new friends from around the world. It also makes a great rendezvous for long, lost friends or relatives. “Sister acts”, in particular, have been a recurring theme on our Uke-Bike-Barge Adventures.
It's too soon to open registration, but, gosh it feels good to finally get something "on the books," even if it is more than a year away. But you should know, these uke/bike/barge trips fill quickly, so if you want to go, visit the website and get yourself signed up to receive the latest info as it becomes available.
