Help! What would you do with these stickers? I’m the kind of person who owns those antique sticker books and would never dream of actually using any of the stickers. 🙄

I’m working on the listings for these sticker sheets of Lover’s Eyes - ten collections, no less, as once I’d started I couldn’t stop myself - and I need to write what they’d be good for. Wrapping gifts? Letters? Um…..?

Well, I’m sick with a stupid cold and Beatrix kept me up so I’m not good for much running around today, so I’ve been quiet at my computer, obsessing over…..stickers! The 7-yr-old in me with the Mrs. Grossman’s Sticker Album is overjoyed. “What?! You mean I can make my own stickers?!?” And so instead of doing a couple of sheets, or even the three sheets shown here, I did TEN COLLECTIONS. I need to figure out packaging and such, but they’ll be available soon.

When the English map makers were exploring Africa to announce to the greater world what is out there, and they came upon an area that was unknown or quite difficult to traverse, there was a sign on the map saying: “ Beyond this point there be dragons!”

For us a fearsome fire breathing creature, but, for the Chinese they are a sort of guardian angel and loved by all. My Chinese friend has great affection for them. They’re seen more as protectors than predators. For the Chinese it represents imperial power. For the Vietnamese the origin myth says that its people are descended from a dragon lord and a fairy, an immortal. This is a more benevolent dragon. The face is not fierce, but smiling. It warrants a trip to the Asian Art Museum for sure.

The Dragonware Collection launched this morning, and at the time of posting these are the Dragons remaining: a yellow banded (which is hard to come by!), a grey banded, a blue banded, a smoky with clean brown trim and a smoky with scalloped brown trim, two pearlized iridescents, and a mini black with a coral dragon.

Another batch This batch of antiques and trinkets is up later than intended, as I taught my puppy Beatrix to ring the bells to go outside to go potty and she has learned to ring the bell to go outside. To eat leaves. Every two minutes. But it’s a nice day out and who couldn’t use a little extra exercise, right? However, if I’m being honest, I’m not entirely sure what to do next in the training process. If anyone can help me figure out how not to become my 3-lb puppy’s liveried doorman, let me know!
