Clio is her name. She was just purchased from The Hidden Gem in Beaufort, SC on Carteret. First sale in the new venue. Feels so right.

Part of the set of Connections, here. This one only two pieces, not four. This one is unlikely as the two here are not simply flipped.

Feels foolish talking about how these come together and what they mean to me.

Like a lot of my work, it is about the creation of space and relationships that resonates deeply for me.

Third try at posting before coffee:
This is an array of a hand drawn ink piece called Connections. I am going full multimedia on this one.

Once completed in this collection, the original piece will have been enlarged by color copy, with half of them flipped, then assembled into approx, 6 versions, and further edited with ink and paints.

These will be fairly large, bigger than I have worked with the exception of a life size handpainting I did al fresco with Jennifer Garden at Wellesley around 1981.

For a good time, enlarge this full screen to enjoy the lines.
I might name this one "Entirely Thankful"
