I've been wanting to paint fantasy landscapes for a long time now, but finally ran out of excuses and just sat down and painted this little beauty lol

I had so much fun painting this! It's always rewarding seeing something that was only in my head finally come to life! 😊

Prepping some canvas with medium magenta acrylic paint! I think I learned about it from Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year.

Using magenta to tint your canvas or even as the primary underpainting color just adds that little bit of vibrance to your final painting!

Having tried it myself, I am definitely a believer!

2026 is the Year of Experimentation for me!

Not sure what i'll turn these into, we shall see! 😉

After 2.5 months of work, here are the finished Dragon Illustrations that I started in August! They began as scribble time sketches, but became so much more! I struggled at times, but I kept on going and did my best to learn the skills I needed to complete my original ideas ✨️💜🐉Art is a journey! And I cant wait to keep bringing my dreams to life!

I'm working hard on getting these dragon illustrations completed! I've found its easier for me to not get burnt out by working on several pieces at once, that way if one is giving me problems, I can just work on another lol I am excited to see how these all turn out in the end! 😁✨️🐉

More sneak peaks of the digital landscape paintings that are the backgrounds of my latest dragon illustrations! I am having an absolute blast painting these landscapes! The plan is to debut these three as 12x24in prints at Twin Cities Con!

Last Day of ! It was lovely meeting and talking with everyone yesterday! Only three pairs of Orange Fairy wing earrings left and one Moon Dragon pin! Hope to see more of you today! Exhibit hall is open 11am to 5pm
