Jaleyah had her second injection Thursday. This is her waiting with her daddy on the 8th floor of peds pulmonology appointment. So brave we had to do the shot in her leg this time because the last injection in her arm made her armpits hurt and swell.

She did much better this time and NO rescue inhaler or nebulizers and NO steroids praise the Lord. Steroids had changed her physically and emotionally. The other meds was taking a toll on her.

The hospital donated another injection but we can’t do that forever. The insurance upheld a second denial and we are doing a third. We are looking into all resources in addition.

Her funding helps support her medication ($5,500 ) per month for the shots and she is still on maintained inhailers for another month.

We have accumulated 30 ER visits, 12 ambulance rides and 3 hospital admissions in the last 12 months. Your support is greatly appreciated
