I’m hosting an evening AcuNap Community Acupuncture Pop-Up this week and next!

AcuNap is a cozy community acupuncture experience with:

• Floor mats, blankets, and calming music
• Gentle acupuncture treatments in a shared healing space
• A space to slow down, rest, and reset

This style of treatment can help support:

• Stress & anxiety
• Sleep
• Burnout & nervous system regulation
• Hormone balance
• Pain & tension

Sliding scale community pricing makes it a more accessible way to receive acupuncture and care. You can reserve an appointment time between 6-7pm and rest as long as you like.

🎨 Watercolor Art Classes

Join Master Watercolorist Tom Pearrow at The Victorian Easel Gallery for an inspiring series of watercolor classes.

Whether you’ve never picked up a paintbrush or you’re looking to reconnect with your creativity, these classes are a welcoming space to learn, relax, and create alongside others who simply love art. Beginners are warmly welcome.

Classes will be held at The Victorian Easel Gallery, located on the first floor of the Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge.

Lights, easels, water, and snacks will be provided — just bring yourself and a willingness to explore. Students will receive a supply list before the first class on Wednesday, June 10.
