This year, for the first time ever, St. Albans Fairs & Festivals is calling on our community for help! Ever wondered how an event like this works behind the scenes? Come be a part of Yak Fest! 🫶

Our very own Ky the Yakfestwv mascot took a little road trip today! Ky traded the river for the pavement to march in the Annual Herbert J. Thomas Memorial Armed Forces Day Parade in South Charleston.

Ky had a blast high-fiving the crowd, waving to the kids, and helping honor our incredible veterans and active-duty military members.

Big News for Kanawha County! ✂️✨
We were excited to attend the ribbon-cutting for Kanawha Valley Tourism! It is a major win for our region, and the energy in the room was incredible.

At St. Albans Fairs and Festivals, we know that when we showcase the beauty and excitement of our region, the entire county benefits. This new endeavor means more visitors discovering our local restaurants and shops, and enjoying the outdoor adventures that make Kanawha County a premier destination.

By working together to promote our rivers, trails, parks, and festivals, we are building a stronger local economy for everyone. We can't wait to see the growth this partnership brings to our community!

Huge shoutout to the amazing students from Hayes Middle School! These hardworking volunteers spent their day rolling up their sleeves to make our community shine.

Because of their hard work, our favorite local spots are looking better than ever.

To say thank you, St. Albans Fairs and Festivals was happy to provide a massive pizza lunch for the whole crew.
