Our community has always stepped up when help is needed.
On Friday, July 24th, the Collins Perley Sports and Fitness Center will host the Heart & Hustle Blood Drive in partnership with the American Red Cross and community sponsors Ben & Jerry's, Peoples Trust Company, and Stewart's Shops.
Every blood donation has the potential to help patients receiving emergency care, cancer treatments, surgeries, and other lifesaving medical care.
If you're able to donate, we hope you'll join us.

The Track at Collins Perley will be closed starting today June 15th till Friday June 26th for cleaning and re-painting of the track. All gates will be locked so that part of the walking path will be closed off.

We are excited to share all 11 recipients of the Maple Run Excellence Award for the 2025–2026 school year.

This spring, we have been recognizing educators across Maple Run schools for the strong relationships they build with students, their commitment to high-quality instruction, and the meaningful learning experiences they create every day.

To conclude the first year of this recognition program, Maple Run will host a celebration on Wednesday to recognize all recipients together.

Annual event draws hundreds for awareness, connection and celebration

After 33 years in education, Kindergarten teacher at St. Albans Town Educational Center Jennifer Callahan is retiring from Maple Run Unified School District.

For so many families, Jen has been one of the very first people to welcome their children into school. She has guided generations of kindergarteners through those first days, helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to be at school.

Parents will often say she just has a way with kids. Patient, kind, and steady, Jen has made a lasting difference in the lives of so many young learners and their families.

We are so grateful for the care she has given to Maple Run’s youngest students over her career.

Please join us in celebrating Jen, along with fellow retirees Douglas Bell and Barbara Tenney, at a community retirement celebration:
