The Temple Theatre Originally opened on July 28, 1927, the Temple Theatre in the Shaheen Performing Arts Center is Saginaw's premiere venue for the performing arts.

Celebrating our 100th anniversary in July of 2027! Originally opened on July 28, 1927, the Temple Theatre is Saginaw’s premiere venue for the performing arts, music, dance, live events, and cinema. After being completely renovated in 2002, the 1,750-seat theatre features an intricately detailed interior that captures the essence of the original Neo-Classic design. Legendary performers, contemporary stars, and famous performing groups grace the stage of our region’s most historic theatre. Truly, “the Showplace of Northeastern Michigan.”

Every comedian has a story behind the spotlight—and this one is unforgettable.

In this clip, Katie Thurston—Jeff Arcuri’s wife—takes the stage at the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and shares a milestone: for the first time, she’s announcing she is officially carrying no evidence of disease. 🤍

To mark the moment, Katie donated $610—one dollar for every day since her diagnosis—and reminded everyone that every act of support fuels hope and progress.

We’re honored to welcome Jeff Arcuri to the Temple Theatre on February 26, 2027, for The Road Trip Tour. His first show is nearly sold out—don’t miss your chance to catch the 9:30 PM performance!
