Wild Woods Haunted Attraction

As most of you have probably heard by now, our Wild Woods of Terror suffered a tragic arson fire just a couple days ago.

As we await insurance, inspections, and investigations to finish up, all we can do is wait.

Our building that housed all of our animatronics, costumes, props, ticket booth, makeup, masks, storage, and maintenance equipment was burned to the ground. The entire building is a total loss.

Also the brand new finale scene at the end of the trail that was the location of multiple RV and Campers were also torched and burnt down. We are in total shock of the situation and it's just a waiting game to see how it all plays out.

Our plan is to rebuild! We have been plagued with issues ever since acquiring but we will continue on and hope to open on scheudle this Fall.

We have been bombarded with "What can we do to help?" The answer to that is just keep up the SUPPORT! The fans are what makes our haunt strive on. Make sure to follow along and share our haunt to your friends and let's make this fall season an event to remember.

Police say Morgan Krotzer is facing one count of third-degree arson for the fire that destroyed a barn at the scare park in Kochville Township early Wednesday.

It looks like we will be officially calling CLOSED on the 2021 season for the woods.

Although we have made major strides in repairs and building, rushing the haunt to open the last few days of the season seems like a mistake and we would have to cur corners to do so.

We have had to install new drainage, culverts, roads, and already laid over 300 tons of asphalt, sand, and rock but it still needs almost double that to finish the job. We are determined to make it happen.

We have numerous plans in place to begin events starting early 2021 that will include Zombie 5k, Haunted Scavenger Hunt, Overnight Horror Campout, Movie Night, and many other interesting themed events. We appreciate everyone who has been following our journey. We opened 7 other Haunted Attractions in 2021 in 6 different states, but this one hurts. We were looking forward to this particular venture.

Anyone who purchased tickets online, refunds have already started to process, All orders should be processed by Saturday. Please allow up to 7 days for those to hit your bank account. If you have any issues with refunds, reach back out in 7-10 to check.

We will see in 2022!

Just a reminder, we are still unfortunately closed due to flooding. Scare you soon!

It's been a weather nightmare in the Saginaw, Michigan area this month. With major flooding 2 weeks ago and another couple inches of rain this past week the water is just causing tons of issues.

We have the backhoes and bobcats working on drainage, gravel, asphalt, and other methods to try and alleviate what we can.

We are going to give the schedule one more shot for 2021 and try to open the last couple of weekends.

Tenative Schedule Weather Permitting:

Nov. 5,6

Weather hasn't been nice this week. We were looking forward to scaring you this weekend.

Flood water had other plans.

It will take us a couple weeks to recover and repair. We are shooting for October 8th to re-open.

With heartbreaking news... We need announce, due to the flooding in the area, we will NOT be able to open this weekend. We know this issue is impacting so many in our vicinity. We will continue to monitor and post updates here when we have more information.
