The Pinellas Youth Symphony is a remarkable organization that brings together local extraordinary student musicians to learn and perform challenging original scores through an orchestral experience at various degrees of difficulty. I was very fortunate to have been a part of this organization back in 2013-2014 as I was able to play in various brass chamber ensembles and a large orchestra to the likes of Tchaikovsky, Chopin, Vivaldi, and even John Williams. I thank my former private teacher, Carolyn Wahl, who is an amazing talent in The Florida Orchestra currently for encouraging me to audition for these groups. This was the perfect outlet to improve my skills on the trumpet that inspired me to continue my learnings in college to pursue a music performance minor.

Since musicians still have had some of the toughest parts of joining back together since COVID-19 arose, my former private teacher and I believed it was best to give back to students and these ensembles so the next generation of students can partake in the unique orchestral settings. I'm grateful to work with Mrs. Kay Wood, the Executive Director of the Pinellas Youth Symphony, to put on this event to raise money.

It is now spooky season! Unfortunately, I need to share some bad news. Due to scheduling conflicts, the 2022 Wicked Woods at Highlands Lot 13 will not be occurring this year...

A donation will be provided to the Pinellas Youth Symphony to continue the support to this amazing organization.

This is NOT the end though. In 2023...we will be back with ADDED scares, a LONGER trail, NEW food and drinks, and MORE witches!!!
