Project HMONG offers a Peer to Peer Program to encourage student leadership, professional development and community engagement. The Peer to Peer Program is a great opportunity for students to cultivate their own leadership skills and abilities in the context to their culture and college experience while learning about the role of mentorship.

It's a free summer youth public speaking and leadership program offered by OCA Sacramento, a national organization with a local Sacramento Chapter that promotes the political, educational and economical well-being of Asian Pacific Islanders.

OCA Sacramento is now accepting applications for our annual summer youth Speak & Lead Program, a 6-week public speaking, communication and leadership program created for high school students in the greater Sacramento region to learn how to organize speeches, build public speaking confidence, and develop communication and leadership skills through an interactive class with educational lectures, stimulating exercises, fun activities, and unique guest speakers.

Join us this summer starting June 25th for 6 3-hour sessions to gain a transferable skill and make life-long friends.

The Asian Studies Program 6th Symposium: Inheritance in Asia, is this Wednesday, March 15th from 10AM-4PM, in Terrace Suite at The Well. It's a great opportunity to listen to guest speakers discuss topics pertaining to Asian culture,society and identity.
