Onward and upward! Can’t believe the amazing responses we’re seeing to the film. Connect with us to book a screening today!

We’re grateful for the powerful screenings of The Right to Exist at Sigma Art Studio in Sacramento and Chico State.

Audiences responded with urgency and deep engagement, especially during conversations with members of Camp Resolution. The reactions in Chico, and in other cities, make it clear this story is bigger than Sacramento. Communities across the state are recognizing the stakes and asking how to get involved.

A growing coalition of students, longtime residents, and housing advocates are rallying around housing justice through this film.

If you know a college, church, or organization that would like to host a screening, please reach out to [email protected].

The power of The Right to Exist comes alive when those who lived it share their stories. At our recent private test screening, Camp Resolution leaders Sharon Jones and Satearah Murphy joined subject matter expert and co-producer Arturo Baiocchi and director Nick Anderson for a post-film discussion.

The response has been overwhelmingly positive, audiences are connecting deeply and leaving ready to talk about real solutions. That conversation is the goal of this film: to spark dialogue, shift perceptions, and inspire action for housing justice.
