Tonights Staff meeting agenda was to work through 14 choreographed staff routines and declutter. I tend to have big ideas and the reality was = that was not doable in the time we had. Instead, we worked on one staff routine; the one we do most and cleared up some areas that we had been unclear on. I always get ideas for projects that seem simple in my mind yet when brought into reality I realize are quite larger and more time consuming than they appeared. This is where I then get to apply patience, slow down and activate the perseverance to see the project through to the end….of the end….of the end!
