🔴Black women’s hair texture and styles deserve to be celebrated and visible! ♥️ I love that Keirsten Hodgens gets to wear styles as Jenna that work with her hair texture, instead of being put in a Eurocentric looking wig.

I remember the positive response to Cynthia’s hair styles and texture in Wicked as well as for Halle Bailey in Little Mermaid. Love seeing this representation in the regional and dinner theatre scene, too!
