✨ As we head into the closing weekend of Nutcracker 2025, we’re sprinkling a little spotlight magic on some of the incredible cast and crew who bring this world to life.

🌟Pic 1: Mallory — our 2025 Standing Ovation Awardee, honored for her remarkable work ethic and the radiant presence she’s brought to every moment of the Nutcracker season.

🪡Pic 2: Carrie (pictured with Board President, Drew)— our 2025 Volunteer of the Year, whose tireless care ensures every costume is absolutely perfect. Her many hours of dedication help make the stage truly sparkle.

🎓Pic 3: Our four graduating seniors — dancers who embody PTB’s spirit of growth, artistry, and transformation. Their journeys remind us what this ballet is all about.

🎄Pic 4: Our dedicated adult performers — volunteers who step into these roles with heart, helping our audiences feel the true magic of performing and the wonder of this holiday tradition.

Thank you to each of you for filling our stage with joy, dedication, and Nutcracker sparkle. 💖❄️🩰🪄

✨ Between our first and second weekends of Nutcracker magic, we’re taking a moment to sprinkle a little extra appreciation over our incredible cast and crew. While everyone rests their tired toes and recharges their holiday sparkle, we’re celebrating all the heart and hard work they’ve poured into this production. ✨

One of our favorite traditions is PTB’s Star Ceremony, where each performer is honored for the number of productions they’ve danced with us. From bright new stars making their very first PTB appearance to those who’ve graced our stage for years, every dancer adds their own shimmer to the story.

Thank you for bringing joy, wonder, and pure Nutcracker enchantment to our ballet family. We’re so grateful for each and every one of you. 🌟🩰

One more childhood throwback before we raise the curtain on opening night tomorrow! ✨
Say hello to our 2025 Guest Artists — Enrico Hipolito and Andrey Obolonchik (with a special shoutout to David Huffmire, not pictured!). Enrico is back for year two from Sacramento Ballet, and our dancers have adored soaking up his artistry and mentorship in rehearsals. Andrey is a true PTB kid-at-heart, having grown up performing in this very production with his little brother — and now he’s back to bring the magic full circle. 💫
Select tickets remain! We are so excited to share the magic of the Nutcracker with our audience! 🎄

Continuing with our childhood photo series… ✨ Meet our 2025 Rehearsal Assistants, Ava and Isabella, who grew up performing in The Nutcracker at their local ballet schools before becoming professional dancers. We’re grateful to them both for bringing their joy and experience to PTB. 🎄🩰
