Monterey Car Week is a blast! The Motorlux event is the traditional opening night celebration for a whole week of the latest innovations in automobiles and private aviation.

A key consideration in entertainment design is to identify its function. Does entertainment serve a flow function like a second line to lead people from cocktails to reception? In this case, since the Motorlux event is the welcome to car week celebration the entertainment is there to enhance the celebration of old friends coming together and new friends meeting. Pulse - DJ Live Drummer and Saxaphone are a perfect vibe choice but they are also creative geniuses who watch the room and adjust sets and performance just for the people on the dance floor. That amps up the feel good and eliminates the sometimes awkward low energy dance floor flight.

This year we added cold sparks and they are the perfect opening night addition. Note: Cold sparks do need a trained expert to manage, supervise and clean up and that service is always included.

Still a full weekend to go of car week! It is an honor to be a part every year. Have fun everyone!

Earlier this year, we had a chance to do one of our favorite things and work with platinum standard perfectionists to showcase a team of committed creative geniuses. It was a fabulous team building experience and the results perfectly illustrate the harmony comes from mutual respect and harmonies come from lots of rehearsal.
