Ganjineh is the Owrang Institute's online book library. It is free, bilingual, and now open.

Most book searches online start with a title. Ganjineh also lets you start with the author's nationality, or a subject, or a year, which is useful when the name has slipped your mind and all you remember is that it was an Iranian novel from around 2016.

The records come from official library catalogues and archives rather than from general web search. Each one carries a summary and full bibliographic details in English and Persian, and lists the published translations of that work into other languages. Where a free and lawful copy exists, Ganjineh takes you to it. Otherwise it gives you a reliable place to find or buy the book, built from the ISBN so it lands on the right edition.

جستجوی کتاب معمولاً از نام کتاب یا نام نویسنده شروع می‌شود. ولی اگر نام کتاب یا نویسنده را فراموش کرده اید در گنجینه می‌توانید از ملیت نویسنده هم شروع کنید، یا از موضوع، یا از سال. وقتی نام کتاب یادتان نمانده و فقط می‌دانید رمانی ایرانی بوده حوالی سال ۲۰۱۶، همین کافی است.

اطلاعات از فهرست‌های رسمی کتابخانه‌ها و آرشیوهای معتبر می‌آید، نه از جستجوی عمومی اینترنت. هر کتاب چکیده و مشخصات کامل به فارسی و انگلیسی دارد، و ترجمه‌های منتشرشدهٔ آن اثر به زبان‌های دیگر هم کنارش معرفی می‌شود. اگر نسخهٔ رایگان و قانونی وجود داشته باشد، گنجینه شما را به آن می‌رساند. اگر نبود، راه معتبر تهیه‌اش را نشان می‌دهد؛ لینک‌ها از روی شابک ساخته می‌شوند تا دقیقاً همان چاپ را پیدا کنید.
