A FREE and vibrant celebration of Black artistry, freedom, and community in the heart of Sacramento! 🎺 The Element Brass Band will lead us through the streets of Midtown, kicking of at Celebration Arts, with a stop at CapStage, and final performances, a vendor showcase, an art exhibition featuring at The Sofia, Home of B Street Theatre.
