Divine Hoop Dance There is a healing of the mind, body and soul through movement and dance that I want to share. It is a journey that I continue everyday.

Yes, it is with a hula hoop!I discovered this creative outlet nearly 4 years ago. The few who I have been able to share hoop dance with have continued their own journey to an even higher level. It fills my heart to see how much happiness it has brought them. When I'm not in my circle, I am very busy taking care of my 2 daughters and 2 step children. I am in a loving relationship and together we ha

ve a very LARGE, but happy family! It is a lot of work so when I do find the time to get in my hoops and dance around, it serves as a meditation, stress reliever, and an amazing core and full body workout. I hope I can help you find whatever joy it may bring you!

Divine Hoop Dance is closed for the summer! I will be taking this time to finish school as I enter the world of healthcare🥰 very bitter sweet for me. I do plan on reopening after I complete my course, but will be limiting orders until I’m sure of what I can handle :) Thank you so much for your continued support and understanding!
