An internet chat room connects a family looking to ‘re-home’ their young Korean son to a le***an couple--where one half is desperate for a child and the other half is fighting for their career. The boy’s original adoptive father is all set to hand him over until he realizes the boy would have no “dad.”
Caught in the middle of this off-the-record adoption gone sideways, the child launches himself into a lone wolf’s journey to finding a pack he can call his own.
Award-winning South Korean playwright Hansol Jung’s Wolf Play is a messy, funny, and moving theatrical experience that features puppetry, a wolf, and prickly questions about what family and belonging mean.
*For all roles, we will be considering actors of any ethnicity unless otherwise noted*
