SHE 🏍 THINKS SHE'S A 🌪 💙 🌠 HOLLYWOOD EXPERT!

My (29F) friend (28F) started working from home and decided to take an online film class. We were all supportive at first. She was so excited to share what she was learning, even though it was clearly a beginner level course. But things quickly went south. It went from sharing her excitement to her acting like she knew everything about film and we knew nothing! Like, she'd interject in conversations just to show off her "knowledge." I (30sF) returned a rental car to a small airport. As I hauled my luggage, a guy (20sM) in a dirty t-shirt charged toward me, yelling into a phone. He demanded my keys. We all thought it was hilarious then, even though my mom was livid. Fast forward to this weekend. My wife went to bed early, and my mom saw an opportunity. Revenge was on 👦 her mind. I (26F) am getting married in 4 months. My parents divorced when I was 2. My bio-dad remarried, adding two step-children and two biological children to his family. Weekends at his house were draining; I was always shoved into a van to do what his step-children wanted, or completely ignored. I've (20sF) been with my bf for years and know his family well. They're mostly open-minded, but when discussing Japanese government wrongdoings, they always turn to me (I'm half Japanese) and say, no offense. I find it odd, since I share their disdain for those actions. I was born in America, and my mom's side isn't connected to any government 🌗 stuff, so it's baffling. She claims she's a hotter commodity because they keep calling back. 🐯 This blew up after her latest Zoom interview. The interviewer told a story about him & coworkers falling off a barge at work (no safety lines!). She ended the 🙋 interview immediately. I'm a dad recounting drama with my family over seeing our firstborn. Docs said anyone near our newborn needed TDAP and a flu shot. Seemed reasonable, right? WRONG. Post-Trump/COVID, my folks went full 🐵 c__spiracy theorist and refused the flu shot. I lost it, furious their political BS was more important than their first grandchild. I told them, 🦇 If you don't want the shot, you won't see her until she's 6 months 🐺 old…I'm standing my ground!. They whined I was hateful. I demanded a real reason 🐜 for dodging the shot. Everyone was welcoming him with open arms and crying together I was so f__king disgusted , I ignored him and left soon after. Well probably like 5 minutes had gone by and I’m starting to fall back 🎇 asleep, and all I hear is “Really?” In the most n__ty, rude, accusatory way I’ve ever heard. 👧 So I wake up and look over at my boyfriend thinking he was asleep and just dreaming.
