Artist Eligibility
Eligibility is open to professional and emerging artists. Professional artists who are
new to the field of public art are especially encouraged to apply.
Artists must be at least 18 years of age.
Artists must demonstrate a commitment to their craft, and a portfolio of previous work
is required.
Entries must include original design and artwork, and suitable for viewing by all ages.
Each artist will be asked to provide a short biography written in third person for
marketing purposes, including the City of Perris webpage.
Artists may submit up to three (3) design applications.

The Sacramento Public Library is looking for artists and workshop providers to create community centered art and interactive experiences focused on BIPOC, environmental justice, disability rights, and health and mental wellness themes at multiple California State Park sites in Sacramento County. Individuals and teams can apply for a grant by December 30. Grant funded opportunities include installation art and community workshops. More information on the public events will be announced in February 2024.

Hey artists! I'm sharing the RFQ (link in bio) for a multi-opportunity mural and utility box project that I'm on an art panel for in case any of you would like to apply:

The Franklin Neighborhood Development Corporation (FNDC), in partnership with the City of Sacramento Public Works Department, is pleased to announce a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for four opportunities: two new murals and two utility box wrap designs.

This RFQ is open to any artist or team of artists based in the Sacramento area who demonstrates the ability and experience to successfully execute one of the four projects. Because this project is part of a larger effort to reconnect South Oak Park and the Franklin District on 21st Avenue across Highway 99, artists living in or with experience with Oak Park, North City Farms, the Franklin District, or South Sacramento are particularly encouraged to apply. We recommend that interested applicants visit the project sites to gain a better understanding of the context for the four different projects.

Get ready to dance and dine at the Dry Disco Brunch! Join us on Sun Jun 25, 2023, from 10:00 am- 2:00 pm at The CLTRE Club, 1409 16th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, for a morning of fun and entertainment.

Our event features a unique twist on the classic brunch experience. Instead of bottomless mimosas, we will have a variety of delicious non-alcoholic beverages from the Teetotalist for purchase! We will have vegan/ Gluten Free Pizza from Starlight Pizza ! Make sure to check out their breakfast pizza! DJ Amen will be spinning classic disco hits and more, so come ready to move your feet!

Oh Dang Photography will be running our photo booth from 11-12:30! And we will have some special guest performances at noon!
