This week at Limelight, we’re bringing a little bit of everything to the table.

Start with a warm bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup, or go straight for the Carnitas Tostadas — crispy tortillas loaded with refried beans, carnitas, cabbage, cotija and sour cream.

For the main event, our Pork Shanks are crispy, glazed with sweet chili and served with jasmine rice and grilled vegetables. Going meatless? The Caprese Sliders bring roasted tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil and pesto on toasted brioche.

And Friday, you know the deal: Sierra Nevada Beer-Battered Fish & Chips.

THIS WEEK AT THE LIMELIGHT

This week’s specials are bringing some serious comfort food.

Start with our Zuppa Toscana — Italian sausage, bacon, potatoes, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes in a rich, creamy broth. $4 cup / $6 bowl.

Then there are the Fireballs — crispy panko-crusted cheese balls packed with habanero jack, bacon, roasted serrano and cream cheese, served with mango purée. A little heat, a little sweet. $10.

For the main event: Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. Cavatelli tossed in our house-made cheese sauce, topped with crispy Buffalo chicken and blue cheese crumbles. $18.

Keeping it fresh? The Southwest Salad has avocado, roasted corn, pico de gallo, black beans and crispy tortilla strips finished with a cilantro-lime serrano vinaigrette. $13.
