As Northern New England’s largest water and amusement park, Funtown Splashtown USA attracts families from around the region. The park is home to the Excalibur wooden roller coaster and Dragon’s Descent Turbo Drop; the largest and tallest rides in Northern New England. Also at the park are Thunder Falls Log Flume, Pirates Paradise, the Mammoth and Tornado water slides, and the Mount Olympus water slides; the tallest and largest water attractions of their kind in Maine. For the less daring, there is the Thunderbolt, Wild Mouse Coaster, Bumper Cars, Grand Prix Racers and the ever-popular Astrosphere, just to name a few.

Tonight, the sun sets on the eve of the final day of our 2026 season at Funtown Splashtown U.S.A. 🥹

What a summer it has been. Tomorrow, we’ll open the gates one more time, hear the rides roar to life one more time, and have one last chance to Create Memories That Will Last A Lifetime before we say goodbye to another incredible season. 🎡🎠✨

To every family who visited, every team member who helped make the magic happen, and everyone who made Funtown Splashtown part of their summer — thank you. ❤️

🇺🇸🎢 LABOR DAY WEEKEND SPECIAL! 🎢🇺🇸

Greetings from the Park! We hope this message finds you healthy and well as we wrap up the 2026 summer season.

Earlier sunsets and school busses on the road means the summer is winding down as is the 2026 season of Funtown Splashtown U.S.A..

We would like to thank you all so much for helping us have another successful year. Without your continued support over the decades Funtown Splashtown U.S.A. would not be able to accomplish our annual mission to ‘Create Memories That Will Last A Lifetime’.

With that said, as most of you know the majority of our team members are high school and college students. This time of year is always a struggle with our labor force and this year is worse than most. For this reason, over our last 4 days of our season (Sept. 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th) the parks will have several attractions closed during operation. While this is not ideal, it is our only option to run the parks safely and effectively. HOWEVER, there is a bright spot in this for all of you. Funtown Splashtown U.S.A. will be offering $50.00 combination bracelets for big riders and sliders (48 inches and over) and $40.00 combination bracelets for our little riders and sliders (under 48 inches tall). As always, guests under 38 inches tall are always free to enter the park with a paying guest. These ticket prices will be reflected at the main ticket booths.

We appreciate your support and understanding with our circumstances and hope to see you again for one last visit in our 2026 season!
