Over the past couple weeks, I've heard a lot of people say they want to learn how to quilt!

Yesterday we started assembling the kits for our "My First Quilt" kit. I've been fine tuning an assembly guide, full of step by step instructions, tips, and diagrams to describe everything from laying out your blocks, to mitering your binding!

The guide will undergo some proofreading and editing, but Tuesday morning the first 4 kits will be packaged up and ready to go!

Just got shipping confirmation for very large fabric order we have been waiting on! We should also be getting a bunch of Jack Dempsey this week. Stay tuned, we may do an "unboxing" video, we'll see if I can stand videoing myself enough to get thru that!

Which brings me to our next thing...
STITCH AND SIT!
Tuesday mornings at 9am, bring your needlework, knitting, crochet, of whatever you'd like, I'll have a pot of coffee and a place to sit and have an opportunity to have some social crafting time! I'll have more folding chairs available and a leaf to make more room at the table!

Thank you to everyone that stopped in on our first day! Back at it again today, more new thing coming! Look at this Winnie the pooh minky that arrived yesterday! We are on the lite side on fabric right now, but have over 100 bolts coming any day!
