Mandala Stone Painting Workshops coming up in Manchester, VT at Heart of the Village Yoga on Sunday Sept. 22nd 2-4pm!!

Come and enjoy a few hours of creativity and relaxation led by Gabby Hayward, an Artist, Art Therapist and World Traveler. We will start with a meditation, snacks, and brief history of mandalas. Then you will be led into the creative process of mandala stone painting! We will listen to calming music, and end the workshop by admiring everyones work. By focusing on your creative flow, and leaning into the fun colorful process, you will be surprised by your end results 😊

$35 per person

Wellness Awakening Retreat- Part 1: Amalfi Centro, Italia

My oh my has it been amazing to come back here. , our yoga instructor, and I headed to Amalfi Centro for dinner & some last minute gifts before our women arrive! Handmade Amalfi paper, made with cotton. It’s incredible to the touch. Journals, letters, soaps, oh my!
