We’ve been very busy preparing for our next event we are going to do a ghost adventure paranormal type night we’re not sure when yet but it’s in the works so look for upcoming posts that should be a fun night for all ages.

2 and 1/2 hours to go until Karaoke for Wellness kick off again for its fourth time at Fitness Made Fun from 6pm-9pm. substance free as always. Come out and sing and dance to your favorite songs. Bring your friends and family fun all ages... Hope to see you all soon.
