Our October Monthly Program was led by Michelle: "Nurturing Your Health: How Reducing Stress Protects Your Heart, Bones, Sleep and Breast Health". We all enjoyed this fantastic presentation and making sachets and diffusers afterwards. Thank you Michelle!

We are also thankful for the refreshments provided by Trina, Patti & Dorothea.

We wore PINK in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.

Operation Holiday Stocking: Members proudly filled 72 stockings with goodies and a greeting card for the troops. Special thanks to Jane V. for Chairing this wonderful project!

Operation Jersey Cares is a volunteer organization that receives stockings filled by the New Jersey State Federation of Women's Clubs (NJSFWC), which includes our club, for troops serving overseas. The stockings are part of a project called Operation Holiday Stocking, which has been ongoing for more than a decade.

To support the project, members donated:
Water Enhancer, Powdered Drink Mix, Breakfast/Granola/Protein Bars, Cookies, Nuts/Trail Mix, Beef Jerky, Chewy/Hard Candy/Lifesavers, Gum, Toothbrushes/Toothpaste, Playing Cards, Puzzle/Soduko Books, Small Writing Pads, Pens/Pencils, Band-Aids, etc.

It was a fun evening working on this project together!
