Good afternoon everyone, We wanted to share some very exciting news! We have a new Sheriff's app. There are a ton of awesome features in it such as submitting tips to us, recieve emergency messages from us, and access to plenty of other county resources. It is a new app so some features are still being added in and may not be readily available however it is functioning as normal. We have also added the QR code for the app as our cover photo.

Did you know that Total Waste Management has donated their services to the Minidoka County Fair for decades?! You will see their green trucks collecting trash all week! We couldn't do fair week without Lyle and his crew.

Minidoka County Sheriff’s Office is offering free OHV (off highway vehicle) training class to the RMX Series motocross guests in town this weekend for the motocross races. We will be hosting a class at 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM, on Friday May 1st, 2026. We would love to see some new faces and meet new people. This will also help keep our BLM and service lands open with responsible and safe riding!

May 1st, entry forms will be available for our 1st annual Northwest Premier Longhorn Association - ITLA International Texas Longhorn Association affiliate - show!

Join us in Rupert, Idaho, on July 11th as breeders & exhibitors of all ages from across the northwest showcase their incredible Texas Longhorn cattle. Show starts at 8:00 am with opening ceremonies!

We have an amazing judge lined up, so stay tuned as we share more exciting details for our inaugural show!

This show is open to the public.
Entries will close on June 27th.
