This project for has been a labor of love! I started with the husk of squire strat then converted to a hard tail and widened the pickup cavity to accommodate the split single coil pickups and 4 position rotary switch found only on models produced between ‘65-‘69. If you’ve been chasing the 12 string sound of the 1960s THIS is it!

wanted a T-Style hillbilly hotrod. In olive green. With a in the neck and an as close to OG in the bridge as possible. came through again with what we needed from the old timer line. Body is old barn wood from my garage, airbrushed, and custom 3D printed pickguard, witch hat k***s (that go to 11) and selector switch tip in cream. Vintage D shape 22 fret block inlay neck and an exposed wood grain “binding strip”.

It’s day from I am SO EXCITED! This is truly a small business (like three people) solving a problem and providing a product in a space where a solution doesn’t really exist at this price point. Really enjoying this build-the body is basswood. Lots of people say it’s garbage-it’s not. Basswood is great for making guitar bodies, because it’s resonant LIGHT. If you have back issues or are smaller it can be a great option. A little LP a little ST. Reverse V style headstock going on this beauty. 24 fret. 12 l” radius.

I like to tinker-I like to make things-I love guitars. I am so psyched with how this pickle burst build came out. 170 style with high gain humbuckers and smooth single coil. Just stuff I had hanging around from tinkering. big block brass trem floated for max expression and locking tuners. Love this green! Sealed lightly with enamel. 12” radius smooth playing neck finished with tung oil. Got to try it with the band last night and OMG is it a player! DM me

This is a 170 style guitar similar to an 80s RGX212 or an or -when finished it will be equipped with 2 high gain humbuckers and smooth single coil.
