How the Bar-O-aBit Crossway Works:

The Bar-O-aBit Crossway is made to help a horse with collection and drive by working off of the nose, poll, and in front of the ears. unlike a traditional tie down, a horse will not hunt for this once it is removed. The Bar-O-aBit Crossway is a combination tiedown and headsetter made into one very useful piece of tack that your horse will understand and respond to.

When adjusted correctly, it applies pressure to your horse’s head and nose, only when your horse hollows out its back and raises its head. When your horse gets out of position the tie down strap applies pressure to its nose, poll and forehead. At the moment your horse gives to the pressure, the tie down strap instantly becomes loose again and the pressure is released.

The tie down strap should always be adjusted so the headsetter doesn’t apply pressure on your horse’s head unless it gets out of position. The Bar-O-aBit Crossway can be adjusted on the sides, under the throat and the tiedown strap. The Bar-O-aBit Crossway can help balance and keep your horse collected up under themselves. Be sure to test the Bar-O-aBit Crossway out while off your horse before getting on your horse

Last, but definitely not least on 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐳𝐳 𝐁𝐨𝐦𝐛 💥… the stalling crew… also lovingly known as the 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 😂

These guys work hard all week getting everyone settled into stalls and camping, delivering hay and bedding, answering questions, and helping keep the backside rolling.

And if you’ve been around Fizz Bomb for very long… you already know they take this job extremely seriously 😅

There’s never a dull moment with this crew around, but behind all the laughs and chaos, they put in a ton of work and help make sure contestants and horses are taken care of.

We appreciate all the long hours, heavy lifting, and entertainment they bring to the week 💥

The Fizz Bomb wouldn’t be the same without them!

Eva was the one who got the 𝐖𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐲 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐥 𝐑𝐚𝐜𝐞 started, and Jane has now taken over the reins and continues working hard to help it thrive.

Together, these two have put in countless hours bringing amazing added money, awards, and support to this event — and it has become such a meaningful addition to the Fizz Bomb.

We’re beyond thankful for these two and all the heart they bring to Fizz Bomb week 💥

These two guys quite literally sit in the hot seat all week long — taking care of the arena ground and doing their best to keep it safe and consistent for everyone competing.

Matt and Dave put in a lot of long hours making adjustments, watching conditions, and working hard behind the scenes to give contestants the best ground possible. It’s a job that takes experience.

We appreciate their expertise, their effort, and the care they put into keep both horses and riders safe and sound.

Definitely not the easiest seats in the house… but we’re grateful they’re in them 💥
