Balloon Man Jim Balloonist / Magician Hello, I have been performing Fun Family magic/balloon shows for all ages for the past 30 years. I'm currently building this FB page.

I work at many local PALM BEACH resturants. Currently you can see me at DUFFYS JUPITER WEST WEDNESDAYS 6-9 KIDS NIGHT. and BRUS ROOM On HILLSBORO BLVD and 441 TUESDAYS 6-9. I have been at both these resturants for over 13 years.

Creamy Burrata Stuffed Zucchini Rolls with Tomato Glaze

Ingredients:

For the Zucchini Rolls:

3 medium zucchini (about 400 g / 14 oz), thinly sliced lengthwise
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
½ tsp (1 g) salt
¼ tsp (0.5 g) black pepper
2 balls burrata cheese (about 250 g / 9 oz total), torn into pieces
