Feel free to make and bisque your clay items at Round Rock Community Clay or at Art Off Center for this fun event.

Saggar Sunday: Too Hot to Handle 🐍🔥🐦
Robin Gary (Creative Kilnworks Clay&Glass ), Allie, and Melanie Shaw (Art Off Center ) powered through the molten madness of a scorching Sunday to finish two saggar firings featuring some truly fabulous pieces.

Highlights? A seriously sassy snake who slithered out of the kiln like it owned the place, and a beautifully decorated bird that looked like it flew through a smoke rainbow. 🐍✨🐦

All saggar pieces are now cooled (unlike us) and ready for pickup at Art Off Center or Round Rock Community Clay .

Come claim your fired-up fauna! 🔥🧡

Huge thanks to everyone who came out for July 26th's Potter's Club meeting!

We had a fantastic evening diving into alternative firing with the always-inspiring Robin Gary, and the small saggar firing was a hit—literally! 🔥✨

Special thanks to Art Off Center for providing the saggar kiln and to Round Rock Community Clay for hosting us in their warm and welcoming space. We love this clay community and couldn’t do it without all of you.

We'll give folks a heads up when the final pieces are ready!
