I haven’t been painting much lately due to a rotator cuff tear, tendinopathy and arthritis in a few other areas. Unfortunately in my dominant shoulder and hand. However, PT is helping but will take some time and, of course, I will need to do the work!
I did recently finish a pet portrait for Cathy Broussard Frioux. Willie is such a handsome guy and I loved painting him. Thank you, Cathy🥰

Wow. I really let time get away from me and have neglected posting. I’m still here.☺️. I’m still busy with pet portraits. And when I’m not painting, I’m traveling. And when home, I’m painting and dog sitting. Life is good.
Events: Planning on spending the day at Hico Popcorn Works for Choctoberfest in Hico on October 4.

Good morning! Had a wonderful day at the art event in Hico. Forever thankful to Donna McInnis for inviting me to be Hico Popcorn Works resident artist. Met so many art and pet enthusiasts and so many photos of precious pets. This is Donna’s Ms. Kitty. I love the heart around her pet portrait.
Ms. Kitty was thoroughly enjoying playing with my hair.☺️
