✨ What an incredible couple of weeks! ✨

We’ve been busy with shows, barn events, and the start of IEA practices, and we couldn’t be more proud of all of our riders and ponies! 🐴💙

🏆 Middleburg Classic

Paige & Straight & Narrow — Grand Champion in the Walk/Trot division against a very competitive group of riders!

🏆 Piedmont Classic

Haley & Jolene S — Reserve Champion in the 1.0 Juniors with some amazing, strong rounds!

Haley & Cooley Limited Edition — Great ribbons in the 1.0 Junior Jumpers!

Olivia & KT Origi — A fantastic return to the 1.0m, just 4 months postpartum! What an accomplishment! 👏

Berkley & Vintage Bay — Grand Champion in the Walk/Trot division, along with some amazing ribbons in the Cross Rails!

Vivienne & Adore You EH — Fantastic ribbons in the Walk/Trot, including a 1st place in their very first class together, plus more great ribbons in the Cross Rails!

💙 A special shoutout to Berkley & Vivienne!

At the last minute, I asked these two to step in and show some young ponies they had only ridden once or twice each and had never jumped. They both showed up, worked hard, and proved they were more than ready for the challenge!

To make it even more challenging, we had some VERY windy days, but neither the ponies nor the riders let it phase them. 🌬️🐴

Thank you girls for stepping up and giving it your all! We are so proud of you! ❤️

🏆 Siena & Pantera — A very confident round in the .65, earning a 5th place ribbon! Siena had only ridden Pantera once before, but she was ready for the challenge and stepped up beautifully.

🏆 Morgan & Only Certain Details — A fantastic comeback show! Clean blue-ribbon rounds on the first day, followed by continued improvement and confidence in every class.

🏆 Brooklynn & George Michael — Their first show together and they delivered! Clean rounds and great ribbons throughout the weekend, including a 2nd place finish!

✨ We are SO incredibly proud of every one of these riders and their amazing show week! ✨

And we didn’t stop there! We wrapped up the weekend with a Back-to-School BBQ & Pumpkin Carving Night 🎃🍔 — an evening filled with great food, lots of laughs, and even better company.

Only about 1/4 of our riders are pictured above, and we missed everyone who couldn’t make it!

Here’s to an amazing start to the season and many more memories, milestones, and ribbons to come! 🐴🏆❤️

☀️ What a summer it has been! ☀️

I’ve definitely fallen a little behind on my posts because we’ve been busy making memories! 🐴💕

From awesome summer camps and incredible show days 🏆, to selling horses and welcoming some new faces to the barn 🐎✨… it has been a summer full of excitement, growth, and so many special moments.

We’ve enjoyed fox hunting, trail rides, ladies’ rides at the barn, amazing lessons, and the absolute pleasure of welcoming so many new students to our SARC family. 🦊🌿🐴💗

Looking back, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for our amazing clients, riders, horses, and everyone who continues to make this barn so special. ❤️

And we’re definitely not slowing down anytime soon! 😍

🍂 SARC is gearing up for an exciting fall! 🍂

🌟Paige & Trevor starting off bumping but ending with some amazing ride for her first time jumping at a show. Bringing home awesome ribbons too

🌟Scarlett & Pantera attended their first show with us and had an amazing day. Ribboning against some seasoned horse & rider combinations. They brought home many great ribbons.

🌟 Emilia & Boon owned by Kelsey & Ada Whitt (for sale) had 2 amazing rounds in the .65. Boon having not gone to a show in a couple years, he not only jumped around amazing, giving Emilia some awesome ribbons to bring home he also gave CLEAN AUTO changes every round

🌟Dakota & Sandfly also had a rocky start to their day (Sandfly being a typical pony) but ending so amazingly strong and pushing though. This was their first jumping show together and Dakota first ever time jumping at a show.

I really don’t have the words to explain this weekend. I couldn’t ask for a better group of riders and parents. The support you give one another is outstanding and truly so amazing. The love and care for each of these horses is truly amazing. Everyone had an amazing weekend coming home with amazing memories and to top it off ribbons. 13 riders, 15 horses, 42 ribbons, 7 Grand Champion or Reserve Champion ribbons!

Huge thank you to Victor who is always behind the scenes but these weekends wouldn’t happen without him. (And without him you wouldn’t have a rested, happy coach 😊)

Amazing thank you to Annika & Haley for staying overnight to watch over the horses overnight to do feedings, late night checks and tending to the horses.

Thank you to all the parents that helped, supported, stepped in and took on two very hot days to be there for your rider and the other SARC riders.

The biggest thank you goes to the horses. For taking care of our riders, for working hard and showing up and doing work on hot days. SARC is very privileged to have some amazing horses SARC owned and boarders.

Now to sleep and have this baby 💗

Day 1 complete and what an amazing day it was at Morven Park Equestrian Center. Can’t wait for day 2 tomorrow.

05/10/2026

We have had two amazing show weekends back to back.

Swan Lake Local last weekend was a long very amazing day. We had several fist pairs (horse & rider) at the show and several moving up or trying new things. So proud of each of the riders for giving it their all and sticking it out for a long day.

Hannah & Glen Ardan taking home 1st in a huge o/f hunter class and taking home several other ribbons. They had beautiful rounds.

Brooklynn & Landon had beautiful rounds in the hunters.

Arabella & Linked In had amazing clean rounds in the jumpers at .70 & .80’s

Morgan & Only Certain Details had a little bit of a tough day, but they killed it in their last round of the .80’s. She never gave up.

Kaya & Serene Northern Shoshoni had some tough rounds, Shoshoni reminding Kaya she can be a stubborn pony. Kaya came back at the end of the day and showed Shoshoni who was boss, ending on a great round

Vivienne & Pippin were rockstars hanging on ALL day to ride in the 2’ Equitation division putting in some amazing rounds and proving they are very much ready to rock this division this season. This pair has come so far recently and I can’t wait to watch them blossom this season (Upperville debut this year)

Paige & Straight & Narrow had their first show where they cantered and they did it amazingly. She got some amazing ribbons and learned so much. So excited to watch these two (Upperville debut this year)

Haley rode Cooley Limited Edition in their first 1.05 rounds, continuing to be super competitive and showing they are ready to move up to the Jr 1.10

Annika & Sparo had stellar rounds in the .80 & .90. Their hard work is paying off and Sparo is jumping better than ever.

We then attended The B.E.S.T show at the Prince George Equestrian Center. We were very thrilled with how well this show was ran, the classes offered and the facility was super.

Athea rode Glenridge Theodore in his first ever show and her first ever show (outside IEA) and did absolutely amazing. Glen just turned 4, so we have been taking it slow with him, but Athea has been an amazing pilot for him in his training and it showed this weekend just how amazing she’s been doing.

Athea & Straight & Narrow did the Short Stirrup and had amazing rounds. Athea’s first show again and she made it look like she’s been doing the short stirrup classes for years. They had amazing rounds!!

Logan & Polly T stepped into the hunter and jumper ring. Logan has done all of Polly’s training and is doing an amazing job. As much as Logan doesn’t enjoy Hunters, they looked amazing out there. Polly is only 4 and took everything in stride. Took home a ribbon in a huge class.
They then went to jump in the .60’s and put stellar rounds in. Polly doesn’t enjoy going anywhere fast, but they have worked hard and it showed.

Reagan & Nutella T did their first show together in the .60’s. Nutella just came from her breeder in Florida about a month ago, and Reagan has been doing an amazing job with bringing her along. They are going to make an awesome duo in the jumper world.

Brooklynn & Landon stepped back into jumper world. They had an amazing round in the .75, just a wrong turn but found their way finished strong. Landon was definitely keeping Brooklynn on her toes and even giving her huge jumps, but she stuck with him and continued to prove how far she’s come in her riding.

Kaya & Merry Legs Lady Ophelia had two absolutely stunning rounds bringing home Champion in the .75. Only Kaya’s third time ever riding her and their first show. It was amazing to watch Kaya out there have fun and have a mare that loved the jumpers as much as Kaya does.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms out there, SARC moms and the rest. You all are the real MVP’s of the world. 💐❤️

Now to get some rest before another show weekend next weekend back at Swan Lake and then to Welcome Baby Eilidh to the world.
