I understand the importance of Memorial Day and that it’s meant to honor those who lost their lives serving our country. But I also believe it’s become a time to recognize the sacrifices carried by military families, Gold Star families, and those affected by war long after the fighting ends.
It’s also a time to remember those who served and made it home, but still carried the burdens of war with them — whether from illnesses caused by exposure or the mental and emotional toll it may have taken.
Sometimes, simply saying their names out loud is enough to make sure they’re never forgotten and that their service and sacrifice continue to matter.
We are incredibly grateful for every person who helped make us the “Land of the Free.”

The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.” So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples.

Since we’re supposed to get 30+ inches of snow ❄️😳 I figured it was the perfect time to share this cute door hanger I made!

If you’re stuck inside during the snowstorm, it’s a great time to start thinking about updating your front door decor 👀

I can make these custom with different colors, bows, and designs. Message me if you want one made!

Today is the day! Come out have some fun and support your community! 💚💛

We’re asking you to please take a moment and read through all the ways you can be involved. There are so many options, and every single one makes a difference.
Our hope is to raise enough to make Lights for Bradyn a reality, provide scholarships, and continue education programs in his name so his legacy lives on in a powerful way. This isn’t just about an event — it’s about community, remembrance, healing, and protecting our kids.
Whether you volunteer, donate, sponsor, share this post, or simply show up, your support means more than you know. We truly cannot do this without you.

Yesterday was a bittersweet day.
Scroll to the second video, in the link, to watch today’s live version—at the very least, fast-forward to hear Brittney and Luke speak. It’s powerful, and I truly believe it will move you to talk with your kids, your friends, other parents, grandparents, and acquaintances.
Like Brittney says, we need to be LOUDER. 💛💚 #22💚💛

Gov. Tony Evers signed Assembly Bill 201, also known as Bradyn’s Law, at a bill signing ceremony in Weston Monday afternoon.
