This is happening at the 2026 ENMSF!

In the Chicken and Rabbit barn - If you are 5 years old by October 1, 2026 you will be eligible to show at the 2026 ENMSF!

In the Dairy Heifer, Market Sheep, Market Goats, Market Swine, and Market Beef barns - If you are 7 years old by October 1, 2026 you will be eligible to show a the 2026 ENMSF! Make sure your animals in these barns go to your County tag-ins!

It is recommended you join a local 4-H club but not required. Call your local Extension office to find out the deadline date when enrollment for the 2026 year ends.

There will not be separate shows.

Found a pair of ariat boots in the women's bathroom Friday after the natural fibers and wool lead show during the fair. If you can describe them we can make arrangements for you to pick them up.

There are a few road closures that you need to be aware of when coming to the fair. Red Bridge Road is closed. Pine Lodge Road has a detour at the dip just East of Atkinson. Crooked Creek Road is closed.

Happy Friday Exhibitors and Families. Just a couple more days before we see your smiling faces! While you are packing for your time at the ENMSF please REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING PAPERWORK: Hauling Papers, TB Papers for Dairy Heifers, ShoWorks receipt, and the Indemnity form that is signed and notarized.

One other very important piece of information and we cannot stress enough is: 5. No animal, or any representation of same animal, sold through a Jr. Livestock or any other premium sale in New Mexico or elsewhere will be allowed to show at ENMSF.

Good Morning! One issue that keeps coming up that we would like to clarify:
If an animal has gone through a sale it IS NOT eligible to show at the Eastern New Mexico State Fair Junior Livestock Shows. This includes poultry and rabbits.

Poultry revision. Roasters are an entry weighing no less than 7 #. It is noted in the fair book at 10 # but will honor roaster at 7 # and above.
