Quick update and prayer request: our Mom has had a rough few months with pneumonia and chronic AFib which has resulted in several weeks of hospitalization since September. We brought her home and had to hire 24 hour care for her. She was home for four days when we had to call an ambulance and she was hospitalized again with Digoxin toxicity which resulted in dangerously low heart rate ( in the 30’s). After a couple of weeks of being hospitalized and treated for that, we brought her home and continued with the 24 hour caretakers. We had to call an ambulance again on Friday night. She was diagnosed with Covid, pneumonia and sepsis. My brother, Jeff and I were both tested on Saturday and we are both positive for Covid. This is terrible! I’ve not felt this sick ever I don’t believe. My fever reached 104.6 yesterday, but the worst part is Mom being in isolation and me and Jeff not being able to be with her. Please keep her in your prayers.
