Please do not reply, click links, send money, or share any business information with these scammers.

The Mountain Mandarin Festival will only share official vendor information through our official channels. If you receive an email that seems suspicious, don’t trust it just because it mentions our festival name.

Science meets sweet treats! 🍦🔬

One of our favorite performers, Jordan the Science Wizard, recently stopped by Good Day Sacramento to whip up something cool - literally. Teaming up with Cody in the studio, Jordan demonstrated how to make homemade ice cream using liquid nitrogen (that’s 321° below zero!) - no ice cream machine required. The result? A delicious science experiment that had the whole studio smiling… even with a few frosty mishaps along the way.

From mixing cream, sugar, and vanilla to rapidly freezing the mixture with liquid nitrogen, this segment is a fun reminder that science can be hands-on, educational, and seriously tasty. And yes — chocolate syrup was definitely suggested at the end.
