Hola! I'm Vidya and I

t to worry! ;) I am a nationally registered EMT and First Aid/CPR certified. Isn't that just convenient? All you have to do is show up to the party, move your body, follow my lead...and the rest is history! You'll want to bring a towel, water, and comfy work out clothes :)

It's easy! Come join me. I guarantee you will have a blast and I can't wait to meet you! :)

A little more about me! I am 25 years old and was born in Yorktown, VA. I graduated with my BA in 2012 from UC Berkeley (GO BEARS!) where I double majored in Public Health and Psychology. My favorite dessert is Rose and Nutella gelato! I'll be attending a program to become a Physician Assistant next year. I hope I never stop dancing! Zumba has allowed me to empower others by spreading the idea that health and fitness don't have to be monotonous and painful! When you come to Zumba, you don't realize you are working out and burning a gazillion calories because you are too busy having fun! So what are you waiting for? Come on out! Hello my loves! Hope everyone is staying safe in the midst of and taking care of each other in these trying times! Wanted to see if there was any demand for me to revamp my Zumba classes (given the existing bounty of amazing virtual Zumba classes already available)! When not at work myself, I've taken this lockdown as an opportunity to try so many Zumba classes and instructors around the world that I otherwise might not have been able to - there's always a silver lining to every grey cloud! Anyway, I've been meaning to get back to doing this for quite some time since finishing PA school but life has a way of keeping you on your toes! I figure a pandemic is as good a time as any to start again. Drop a line if you might be interested so I can get things in gear!

I know it's been a while since I've posted my loves...Was waiting for my weekly Zumba class with one of my all time favorite ZINS, Mr. Tavio, to begin and had a past student of mine come up to me and ask when I start teaching again!🧡PA school 👩🏾‍⚕️and this whole master's degree thing has kept me pretty darn busy...but I officially graduate in just 1 WEEK👩🏾‍🎓 and CAN'T WAIT to get back to this Zumba passion of mine and you phenomenal Zumberos! Oh how I've missed teaching💃 Hope to see you all in class in the not-too-distant future once I wrap up finals and my board exam. You heard it right! Now to get my choreo and a studio/gym all lined up again 🥰 Happy holidays everyone!🎄

Oh my god... i love zumba. And something the participants want our instructors to know is all we do is pray we don't fart when the music suddenly goes silent.
