This month .nicole.xo is bringing .101 to the studio!!

Lydia Nicole is a Twin Cities dancer & instructor. Growing up, she trained in many dance styles. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, she discovered her passion for dancing in heels. This passion led her to create her own beginner heels class, Heels 101. When she’s not in heels, you can find her on the court performing as captain of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx’s hip hop team, 612 Crew, or in an elementary school coordinating after school programs for her day job!

Heels 101 (beginner level) will run the first two weeks and Heels 201 (intermediate level) the third week. No matter your level, come experience the energy and power Lydia has to offer. Sign up today!

Run, don’t walk. Summer Series is officially here.

Three incredible artists. Three unique styles. One summer to level up.

Here’s the deets:
• Advanced classes (not beginner-friendly)
• Sundays from 8–9 PM
• FREE Open Session from 9–10 PM to drill, film, practice, connect, and keep creating
• Only $10 per class

Spots are limited and registration is live. Get into it.

Members can opt to use their membership credits or do the summer series payment option.
