Hey everyone!!

We got back from Con Nooga at 2 am, and found our furnace broken and our house below 50 degrees. Our poor kitties are freezing 😭😭😭😭

We’re happy to open our YCH Here commissions to the general public for the first time as we need emergency commissions 😭

The pricing structure is available at Ototobo.com. You select what you’d like, if you’d like digital only or a physical, all the options laid out for you!

This is a way where we can cut some of the back and forth of commissions. We don’t need to do a lot of back and forth on poses and find details, but we get to still draw your favs AND lower our old commission prices.

And… make furnace money 😭

Okay so this wild ride of tariffs sucks!

Even the 30% hike… once you factor in how bad shipping fees have gotten… it’s just unrealistic for us to continue to keep our headphone wraps in stock.

We know. It sucks. They have been a staple of our brand since 2019 and we’re sad to see them go. The 3D mousepads are also heading out.

Finally.. what everyone’s dreading…. The body pillows. They are changing, not going away entirely- that’s some good news!

We are significantly reducing the number of characters we have in hand at any given time to only our priority stock. This handful of characters are pillows we sell often, and can order in bulk at lower rates, which we can pass on to YOU!

To avoid SOME of the pain of the cost increases, every single preorder will come with a matching bookmark AND a random mystery non-print item from our shop.

In short:
We are retiring headphone wraps
We are retiring mousepads
We are increasing the standard cost of our body pillows from $75 —> $125 (for online sales)
We are offering a new option for customers to order less popular pillows on a rolling basis for $150
In person body pillow costs are increasing from $60 —> $100

We know price changes suck. So, to try and help, we have about 4 hours until we need to finalize our restock purchase with our supplier.
It’s flash sale time.

Preorders on all pillows are $100 - popular, not popular, doesn’t matter- we’re basically doing these preorders entirely at cost

Existing pillow stock is now discounted to $50 (the production cost + shipping) so we can clearance out our old stock

Hey everyone

We know every artist has been posting about how these tariffs are affecting us. And we’ve been hit… really, really bad.

We planned fully on a May/June major restock- large enough to keep product in stock for the next year, hopefully more. Now, that’s not going to be happening.

All preorders are going ahead: we are going to pay all tariffs. Same with already-paid commissions- you’re getting your products.

But… we took down anything we don’t currently have in hand. We don’t know what we can get back in hand, and when we get it back, what prices it’ll be.

We don’t want to raise our prices. But for full transparency, we’ve been operating on really, really thin margins for a long time: our acrylics cost us about $8-10 a piece from China due to their size and being double sided. With these tariffs… we’d be paying almost $20 a piece just to PRODUCE the keychain. Before our labor is even considered.

The reality is, the headphone wraps as they currently exist won’t be coming back after our current stock is gone. Same with our mousepads. Same with our body pillows.

There’s just not a manufacturer in the US who can help us. We find one who might and we get rejected- turns out a lot of manus who MIGHT be able to make some of our products just don’t want to work with our artwork.

This isn’t just a big sad post. We are NOT going anywhere. I have spent every bit of time i have finding new manus for new products.

Things might change- but that’s okay! We have the ability to make some things with a friend who can manu things!!! We can do more sticker books. New button designs. New photo cards with our print team. New VINYL keychains! Blankets. Towels. Tote bags!

We know it’s not ideal and it’s not the perfect outcome. But we refuse to give up and bow down. Our art is about providing joy- joy through sexuality and having fun playing with what it is that makes us love our favorite characters. Whether it’s laughing at our censorship, or fantasizing about their dick size.

We aren’t going anywhere. Y’all’s support means a ton to us right now, as we navigate a lot of these changes and this chaos.

We wouldn’t be surviving without our Patreons.
