For as long as I can remember I have loved to create things, craft gifts for loved ones, rearrange furniture, shop for home décor, garage sale and flea market, display treasured family heirlooms. I love to create a place to come home to, cozy and special. To pick out pieces that mean something - anyone can decor

ate with store bought items that most others have in the home. My mother taught me from the time I was a child to create a beautiful home and showed me how to create pieces with the "magic" of paint or stain. We refinished furniture at first out of necessity why buy a new dresser when we can breathe new life into a vintage piece. My mind races day and night on all the projects I can try, all the things I want to do, all the projects I have piling up. I hope to bring creativity, ideas, treasures to you and your home. This project of mine has been YEARS in the making I don't know how many times over the last 10 years I have been trying to be my own boss, bring ideas to others I am hoping I can just jump in and let go of the fear and just be me. Tailored Designs name comes from my Maiden Name Schneider (Tailor in German) I have other ventures under the Tailored Development Group Umbrella that are on the horizon - stay tuned!
