Be an artisan selling at the local market had ways been a gamble, but this year is harder than most. I don't know if others feel the pinch, but it's a hard road to follow.

I'll be in my studio on Wednesday instead of in the harsh sunlight.

I'm trying to forgive myself for not getting a whole lot of work done once I got home from the crazy back to back schedule I had, but I'm beginning.

The sun is bright and warm on the front porch, the garden is growing with little, to no assistance on my part, and I'm getting a little work done every day.

Summer it seems moves forward regardless of me and my pursuit of the dream. I am a little bummed though. I thought I had found a van, but sometimes people don't respond on Marketplace like you wish they would. I'll trudge along like always making work and perhaps grow a little bit more later this year.

I'll accept that people are people flaws and all, one day I'll have my upgraded vehicle, for now I'll enjoy the sunshine, the warm dog cuddles and the growing garden.
