Step into a sacred space of stillness, healing, and deep release.
This 60-minute workshop combines the meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the therapeutic power of a Sound Bath—creating a profoundly nourishing experience for your body, mind, and spirit.

You’ll begin with a grounding Yin Yoga sequence, designed to gently stretch the connective tissues, release tension from the hips, spine, and shoulders, and cultivate inner stillness. Poses are held for several minutes with the support of props, inviting you to soften, surrender, and slow down.

As your body opens and your breath deepens, you'll be guided into a restorative savasana while being bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. The sound frequencies work on a cellular level, promoting energetic alignment, stress reduction, and emotional release.

No yoga or meditation experience necessary—just come as you are.
