Today we honor the memory of Michael Peterson, aka MAGATRON from the REPO! community. He passed away this day in 2011. Michael was a powerful guiding presence in the early days of the REPO! community. Maggles, you are remembered and missed.

We are saddened to share the news of the passing of ZEN alumna, Bettilou Torres. Bettilou was a founding member of ZEN and helped us get off the ground in the early days. She was ZEN’s original Single Mom in REPO!, famous for her costume which included a black “censored” bar with funny sayings on it. She always had a kind demeanor but a sharp wit, good advice and was a hell of a cook. She touched so many lives and will be missed by many.

Our parent company, ZEN Productions is seeking actors/ for a shadowcast production of Beetlejuice at Dark Force Fest in Parsippany, NJ on May 3rd, 2025. Includes 3-Day pass to convention. Rehearsals will be Saturday nights at 7:30pm in Ronkonkoma, NY from 2/8/25 through 4/26/25.

Seeking:

Charles Deetz: Lydia Deetz's father and Delia Deetz's husband. Charles is a real estate developer who moves his family from New York City to Connecticut. He is portrayed as a buffoonish character who is more interested in making money than relaxing.

Also seeking featured roles (ie Juno, Bernard) and ensemble/crew.
