The Merely Players of Upstate New York

We perform at theaters and art houses in Central and Upstate New York, as well as swelling the stage at renaissance fairs.

The Merely Players combine elements of classical dramatic performance with contemporary street theater and roguish renaissance faire style interaction to create lively, fun, and occasionally poignant performances. Past performances have found us illuminating the gardens of the Rome Art & Community Center, masquerading through the Edge Hotel, and baffling the Capitol Theater.
