These tumblers are custom made with hard work determination and lots of love. As soon as payment is received I will start the cup, and keep you updated.. Each tumbler comes with a care card, please read it and follow directions exactly. Disregarding the care card could result in a damaged tumbler. While I strive for perfection there are times when glitter, dust, or other impurities may be seen on

a cup. If it greatly affects the design I will fix it or completly remake if necessary. REMEMBER these are handmade they may have impurities I can not promise perfection. Once package is shipped I am no longer responsible for damage(please contact USPS)My normal turnaround time is 10-15 days. Christmas orders must paid for by December 1st of each year. Getting them in early is best but I will not start them without payment. Last of all thank you for your order. It's appreciated and I will always try to do everything I can to make the tumbler of your dreams!
